We are Veronica Maggio and Beatriz Nicolau, co-founders of V&B, a company dedicated to empowering organizations, leaders and teams to thrive and create the impact they aspire to in the world.

Originally from Venezuela and Brazil, we have both lived in the United States for over a decade. Together, we bring more than 45 years of combined experience in Human Resources, Consulting, and Organizational and Leadership Development across various industries within Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Latin America. We hold top certifications in coaching, assessments, and developmental solutions.
